Meet our Team
Welcome to my page; I am happy you are here! For many young people struggling to establish their career, relationships, and identities, therapy can be a refuge in a fast-paced world. I’m here to provide an oasis of calm, giving you space to be present to your feelings and listen to your inner voice.
Together we’ll work to develop a robust psychological toolkit, using techniques like cognitive restructuring, trauma-focused breath work, EMDR, and self parenting. Whatever you seek to gain from therapy, I am here for you.
Finding the right person to talk to can be very difficult. My goal is to make it easier for you by meeting you where you are at and providing you with a safe, warm, and understanding environment.
Through our sessions, we will work together to gain the tools and skills that will help you reach a higher version of yourself.
Therapy is more than just talking—it’s about taking concrete steps toward a more fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in self-exploration, helping you look inward to better understand, appreciate, and connect with who you truly are. Through this process, we uncover patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape you, allowing for meaningful growth and change.
Therapy is a space for learning—about yourself, your relationships, and the possibilities for your future. I believe that when we cultivate self-awareness and emotional understanding, life becomes richer, more meaningful, and more aligned with our true selves.
My goal is to create a supportive, open, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, valued, and encouraged. Whether you’re navigating challenges, or simply wanting to grow, I’m here to guide and support you in that journey. Together, we will develop insights and skills that help you live with greater confidence, connection, and purpose.
You don’t have to carry everything alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, struggling with identity or purpose, or navigating relationships, I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what’s been weighing on you.
My style is person-centered and holistic: I support emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth. I bring my full presence to each session, and I’ll always hold space for you with sincerity and care.
I work with individuals facing many issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, relationship issues, addiction, neurodivergence, self-esteem challenges, existential questions, and identity exploration. Whether there’s one thing keeping you up at night, or you're not quite sure what’s wrong—just that something is—I meet you exactly where you are.
Outside of therapy, I’m an eclectic person with a deep appreciation for movement, creativity, and exploration—whether that’s through Muay Thai, music, art, dancing, or hiking. My diverse life experiences allow me to connect with people from all walks of life. If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to chat.
You are so brave to be here, and whether you are working through a tough time in a relationship or in life, it will only improve from here. In working together, we will do a deep dive into the roadblocks you have experienced and work on alternate perspectives and healing tools to help repair your mental, spiritual, and emotional wounds. Your heightened self-awareness and confidence will help you live a more fulfilling life.
With my trauma-informed and person-centered approach, your needs and boundaries will always be at the forefront. I will be there to guide you to solutions and alternate viewpoints to help you achieve the life that you want to live.
I provide a safe, secure, and supportive space for clients to reflect more deeply on themselves, their relationships, and how they move about in the world. I will meet you where you’re at and help you find relief from painful symptoms such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, and trauma.
My warm, genuine, and relaxed approach allows for clients to make incremental shifts that build up over time and provide deep and lasting change. I welcome humor, playfulness, and creativity in the therapeutic relationship.
I come from a diverse clinical background working with individuals, couples, and families in outpatient mental health and substance treatment, as well as in high school and university counseling settings. I primarily work psychodynamically and am currently enrolled in psychoanalytic training at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies.
Hi, I’m Ivan Ionkin. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you can explore your experiences, process emotions, and develop the skills to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with trauma, relationship issues, or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you in a safe, non-judgmental space.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, relationship dynamics, and men's issues. My approach integrates psychodynamic and behavioral therapies, with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for individuals and Functional Family Therapy for families.
Hi I’m Taylor, a Licensed Master Social Worker based in New York City. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural humility and a deep belief in your innate capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective to every session, and I've had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create meaningful, lasting change. I also integrate psychodynamic therapy to help uncover and understand deeper patterns and unconscious influences that may be shaping your current experiences.
In addition, I draw from Compassion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and humanistic approaches to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of self-compassion. For couples, I incorporate principles of the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
Are there things you feel like you need to get off your chest, figure out, or work through? Have you attempted to make life changes and develop different habits, but still aren’t where you want to be? If so you’re in the right place, and I’m proud of you for prioritizing your needs.
I utilize techniques from Dialectical Behavior and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Motivational Interviewing and a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework, to help you navigate ongoing crises or challenges, process through different forms of trauma, and develop the habits that you want for your life.
I approach therapy from a place of warmth and collaboration with clients, aiming to make you feel valued and your goals for therapy heard. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns of behavior, and experiences in the way that you feel most comfortable.
Therapy is a service that is subjective; it looks different to all individuals. I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist that provides services to individuals suffering from depressive and anxiety symptoms and meets clients where they are at, delivering services based on their take on therapy. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I assist clients in identifying effective coping skills and managing daily stressors. Whether you're navigating a challenging period or looking to make lasting changes in your life, I am committed to guiding you through the process with compassion, respect, and understanding.
Congratulations on starting your therapy journey! I am so excited to partner with you to reach your goals and actualize the life you want to lead. I like to practice with empathy, understanding, and a true belief that my clients are capable of making positive changes toward growth. Ever since I can remember, I have loved talking to people about their lives, their hopes, and their struggles. I continue this passion with my clients and within my practice of therapy.
I specialize in person-centered therapy with a large focus on the client's ability to make changes to better their lives. With compassion and support I help the client be kinder to themselves and become their most genuine self.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. If we are not a good fit I am happy to help find you support and refer you to someone else.
We will recognize that communities we engage with can have beautiful and painful impacts, and we can identify how to thrive within this reality. I work from the belief that therapy helps you process what you are experiencing and gain the tools to address any distress in the future. Therefore, my practice consists of: gathering information and building a relationship, processing emotions/traumas and skill development, and living in the world with new skills while monitoring how this works.
I work from a psychodynamic and behavioral approach; we will look at how the relationships in your life are currently impacting you and determine what changes in your functioning need to occur to alleviate distress. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with individuals and Functional Family Therapy with families.
Accepting what you have control over and feeling capable of providing empathy to yourself and those around you is challenging, and can feel impossible when we are experiencing painful/challenging times in life. By working with a therapist you are taking a brave (and sometimes scary!) first step to living a fuller life, and I look forward to supporting you.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support adolescents and adults who want to better understand themselves, improve coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of managing daily life.

You don’t have to sort through everything alone. If you’re looking for a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and take things one step at a time, I’d be glad to support you. When you’re ready, we can begin right where you are.
